This management team keeps abreast of our industry and provides a steady course, navigating through this ever exciting time of our technical revolution. The team provides distinct management and direction in all necessary areas of our business. We believe our management team has created the only “three level” Technical Management Team in the area. Tech Design insures a complete and compatible system design. Our Technical Project Manager trains and oversees the team of field technicians who will install your systems as designed. And our Technical Manager is where the buck stops, making major decisions on technical issues and directions.
Our Design and Sales department is staffed with career employees who have accumulated decades of experience. This department is responsible for the extensive client interviews to ensure the correct level of various systems to fit your lifestyle. Members of this team recognize when things appear to be getting a little to complicated for you or your family. The years of customer relationships have trained this team to provide exactly what the customer wants and needs. The goal is not to “sell” you. The goal is to provide the exact level of systems your home requires, no more, no less.
The Technical Installation Department works directly under the Technical Project Manager. These technicians have years of experience and receive ongoing training. We are proud of this department’s wealth of experience. Experience not just in technology, but in customer relations and customer satisfaction.
